- Garden State Parkway to Exit 58.
- Left on Route 539 to Tuckerton.
- Right on Route 9.
- Go 1/4 mile, make left on Great Bay Boulevard.
- Follow to last bridge near end of Great Bay Boulevard. Bridge spans Little
Sheep's Head Creek.
- From West
- Take Route 70 East.
- To Route 72 East.
- Right on Rt. 539 to Tuckerton.
- Right on Route 9.
- Go 1/4 mile, make left on Great Bay Boulevard.
- Follow to last bridge near end of Great Bay Boulevard. Bridge spans Little
Sheep's Head Creek.
Sometimes we launch from the very end of Great Bay Blvd. In that case,
keep going until the dead end and park.

No restrictions. Be aware of strong tidal currents!
Parking situation:
If launching from Sheep's Head:
Unload boat at sand and crushed shell launch area just before bridge, on left
side of road, then park on other side of road by automated weather station.
Be sure to park above high tide line on launch side parking lot!
Comments:
Prime launch site, giving access to west to Great Bay, and to east to Little Egg
Harbor opposite southern tip of Long Beach Island. Easy access to open sea via
Beach Haven Inlet and Little Egg Inlet. Abundant greenheads in season. Watch boat
traffic, tidal currents, breaking waves on shoals.
